A comfortable, capable trail sled with Polaris's Patriot 650 twin — a strong, well-regarded engine. Polaris's earlier 850 Patriot had teething issues, but the 650 is the calmer, proven choice. Track, belt, and hard-use wear are the checks, plus verifying any recalls or updates were done.
