The previous-gen Ram sold alongside the new one as the value 'Classic' — a comfortable coil-spring ride and the proven 5.7L HEMI or 3.6L V6. The HEMI's cylinder-deactivation lifter tick and the usual Ram electronics are the watch-items. A comfortable, good-value half-ton, especially the V6 for lighter duty; listen for HEMI tick and verify the electronics and tow history.
