Kestrel Take
A quirky three-door hatch with a funky layout and sharp looks. The base 1.6L is economical; the 1.6 Turbo adds welcome punch. Not the last word in refinement or reliability, and some engines fall under recalls, but it's a cheap, distinctive, decent-driving small car. Verify engine campaign work and buy the maintained one.
