The value entry into Polaris's popular Sportsman line — the 450 HO offers the comfortable IRS ride and capability of the bigger Sportsmans at a lower price, with enough power for most work and trail duty. It's a belt-drive automatic, so the CVT belt joins the mud/water and CV-boot inspection. A well-kept, un-drowned Sportsman 450 is a capable, affordable utility quad; verify the belt, clutch, and that it wasn't mudded hard.
