A rare thing in the middleweight class — a smooth, characterful inline-four in a sharp, sporty package with Honda build quality. The CBR650R sounds glorious, runs forever, and makes a great sporty daily. It's not the quickest middleweight, but it's one of the most refined and reliable. Watch for crashes and chain neglect. A clean, un-dropped example with records is a superb long-term keeper.
