Widely hailed as the best modern M car — the compact M2's turbo inline-six, rear drive, and playful chassis make it a future classic that's brilliant on road and track. The N55 (or S55 in the Competition) is stout. Being an M car, many were tracked and modified. A stock, un-tracked, documented M2 is a superb, appreciating driver's car; verify service, the drivetrain, and check for track/crash abuse. The Competition (S55) is the collector pick.
