A light, well-built travel trailer with a good couple's floorplan — Jayco's Jay Feather line is easy to tow, nicely finished, and backed by a better-than-average warranty when new. Water intrusion, slide, and tire condition are the inspection. A dry, well-maintained Jay Feather is a comfortable, tow-friendly trailer that holds value reasonably; the roof/seal and slide checks are the whole ballgame.
