A well-regarded lightweight travel trailer — the Rockwood Mini Lite (Forest River) is nicely equipped, easy to tow with a mid-size SUV or half-ton, and generally better-built than the bargain trailers. Water intrusion, slide, and tire condition are the inspection. A dry, well-maintained Mini Lite is a comfortable, tow-friendly trailer with good value; the roof/seal and slide checks are the whole ballgame.
