The ski that got a generation on the water — the Spark is tiny, light, cheap, and endlessly fun, with the reliable naturally aspirated Rotax 900 (no supercharger). It's basic and slow, and the light hull is a handful in chop, but nothing is more affordable to buy and run. A low-hour, freshwater Spark with good compression is a brilliant, cheap first ski; verify hours, pump, and flushing.
