The Pacifica Hybrid is the most fuel-efficient minivan ever made — $0.03 per mile on electric, outstanding as a daily driver if you can plug in. The recall history on early models is real; the 2021 is clean. The 9-speed is still the weak link. If the recalls are done, the battery is healthy, and you have a place to charge, this is a genuinely compelling buy at the right price.
